Turning up the Love

I don’t know about you, but I have been doing everything I can to turn up the love and tune out nastiness. It’s not easy, as you know, but setting the intention to focus on love throughout the day is something we can all do to transform our souls.

When I sit down to drawn, I’ve been making it a meditation. Breathe in. Breathe out. Get lost in the moment.

Transformative.

My wish for you is that you can feel the love I’m sending out.

The above prints were made in Procreate. The process was similar to what I do in my art journals - layer after layer, adding to and covering up until it says, “I’m ready.”

Delight is all about living in the moment… sometimes it isn’t pretty, but it is always real. I have really been living my word of the year: EMBODIMENT. Moving and exploring, watching and listening, laughing and crying, raging and gathering. There are a lot of changes happening in my personal life and I am just trying to take it all in.

Printable Valentine Cards

I created printable Valentine cards to share with the world. Print as many as you like, fill them in with your words of love and encouragement.

Pass them out to strangers on the street, leave them in the tip jar along with your generous tip, give them to co-workers who look like they are about the snap… throw them and love around like confetti!
