Document a Daily Delight

One thing I have found to keep myself feeling positive and inspired is to seek a DAILY DELIGHT. Engage your five senses throughout the day and document at least one delightful thing every day. It could be the delicious smell of cinnamon as you walk past a bakery. It could be the way the shadow of the trees move on the side of a building. Perhaps it is the taste of your morning brew or the sound of birds chirping outside your window. Today it was the warmth of my dog as she cuddled up next to me while I was reading.
Try keeping an album on your phone dedicated to photos of your DAILY DELIGHTS. Or, keep a journal where you document your daily delight in one or two sentences before you go to bed at night. Try to Document a Daily Delight EVERY DAY for the rest of September. What do you notice about the trajectory of your day when you are tuned into delight?
